Information on this website

The website saves preferences such as your wishlist in your browser. At checkout, we store your mobile number, bag details and payment status in Supabase so we can process the order and arrange delivery. If you already have a website account, Supabase manages its sign-in and linked orders. You can clear saved browser data through your browser settings.

WhatsApp and external services

When you follow a WhatsApp link, your message and account information are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Share only the information needed for your enquiry and keep sensitive payment credentials private. Razorpay uses your mobile number and collects your payment details through its secure checkout. The Suti Story receives the transaction reference and payment status for your order.

Order information

If you choose to order, the information you provide in conversation may be used to answer your enquiry, confirm the order, arrange delivery and provide order support. The website itself does not collect that chat content.

Customers, sign-ups and offers

When you order or sign up for offers, we keep your mobile number, and your name and email if you give them, along with your order history, any rewards you have earned, and where you first found us (for example, our website pop-up or a pop-up stall).

We use this to deliver your orders, apply offers you are eligible for, and understand which of our channels work. If you tick the WhatsApp box, we may message you about new drops and offers. We record the exact wording you agreed to and when.

We never sell your details. Only The Suti Story team can see them, and they are stored with our database provider, Supabase.

To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or write to us, and we will mark you unsubscribed. To see or delete your details, contact us and we will respond within 30 days, except where we must keep order records for tax law.

Optional analytics cookies

If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources and shopping events. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how shoppers use the catalogue through heatmaps and masked session recordings. We use Meta Pixel to measure ad performance through site visits and interactions such as product views and additions to your bag.

We share catalogue and event details, such as SKU, price, quantity and order reference, with analytics providers. We exclude contact and delivery details. Google Analytics may use a random browser identifier to connect a confirmed payment with the visit.

Choose Decline in the notice to browse and shop without optional analytics. You can change your choice any time on this page.

You can browse without adding items to a bag or wishlist. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information shared directly with The Suti Story, contact us through the WhatsApp number on the Contact page.
